This place ROCKS! I went with my husband as I wanted to discuss with Ashley the "look" we desired. She is a DREAM!!! She was happy to meet me & was genuinely a warm soul. Her skills? AMAZING! My husband's beard has never looked so good. Ashley is wonderful/talented as well as the other barbers. I met Nick the owner as well & he's a great guy. The decor & environment is like a tattoo parlor & antique store exploded there in a good way! You can look for an hour & not see everything. How refreshing to have very comfy seating & great music not blaring so loud that you can't have a conversation. Lastly, the feature on their website to book your appointment online is so easy. I give them 10 out of 5 stars 🤩

Great place to get a haircut! Been a customer for 3 or 4 years . Chase does my cuts currently and he does a nice job.

About 6 months ago, I needed to get "cleaned up" for a funeral and my usual barber wasn't available. Went online and saw this location and was able to book a hair and beard trim appointment during my lunch break. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. The barbers were dressed professionally and very friendly. While the decor was what I would expect in a barber shop, I think the antique/classic barber chairs was a sign that this wasn't just another barbershop. You don't have those unless you love your profession. I was assigned to Chase, who cut his lunch break short even though I was the one who was 15 minutes early. I explained how I would like my hair and beard trimmed, and he went to work. He took his time and recommended several style changes for my approval before trimming. I'm not one for small talk during a haircut, but the barbers working that day were having an open conversation and I felt relaxed enough to even join in, which is totally not me. But it definitely helped the time pass quickly and made the experience more enjoyable. Once done, Chase spun me around for a view in the mirror, and I thought he did a fantastic job. But the real approval would be made by my wife, who was waiting in the car. She liked it so much, she suggested that I change my barber. So, while it wasn't my intention, looks like Chase has a new client. I have been back 5 times now, and each time has been consistent. The prices here are a little higher than what I used to pay, but with the quality of work, it's well worth the price. It is really refreshing to find a barbershop that is open not to just cut hair, but to find people who understand and enjoy their craft.

I've been to the Schereville location four or five times, and each time walked away satisfied. I'm really glad to have finally found a place where I can confidently walk away with a 10/10 cut and beard trim/shave every time. The staff are super polite, funny and professional. Each of them have the skills that back up their prices, so it's totally worth it for that premium cut. The shop atmosphere is cozy and cool so you stay comfortable in the slick barber chairs during even long hair appointments or hot towel shaves. If you go, ask for Chase, he'll set you up right. Chase KNOWS his stuff and when you sit down in that chair, he'll get straight to business, setting you up and getting all the info he needs for your perfect look so that when you stand up and walk out the door, you look and feel like a thousand bucks. But don't worry, it's not all business with Chase. You'll laugh, crack some jokes and listen to some good music while you shoot the breeze, and your cut will be done before you know it. Go online, set up an appointment with one of their specialists and select your desired appointment style, date and time that's right for you. It's super easy, you'll wish you'd done it sooner.
